Mark Ascolese, Former President, Powerware Division, Eaton Corporation
After retiring from Eaton Corporations Electrical Group where he served as President of Powerware Mark started his own company focused on small businesses serving the government, aerospace, security, and critical power industries. Ascolese started his career at General Electric Company where he worked in various field and headquarter operations for 12 years before joining Exide Electronics in 1985 where he held various executive positions as that company grew from less than 70 million dollars in sales to over one billion during a 20 year career. Mark also serves on numerous small company and non profits boards. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s School of Business, GE’s Crotonville Executive Management Program, and the Duke Management Program for Mid Size business.

Peter Gross, CEO & CTO EYP Mission Critical Faciltiies
Since joining the firm in 1997, Peter Gross has founded and has been actively involved in the development and the rapid growth of the Mission Critical Engineering practice. He has published numerous technical papers and is a frequent speaker on the subjects of mission critical facilities, high reliability design and power quality. He has more than 20 years experience in the engineering and design of power systems as applied to data centers, institutional and industrial facilities. Earlier, Peter was Chief Engineer at the Inet Division of Teledyne Inc. and a partner at PRK Associates. Peter is a Senior IEEE Member and a Registered Professional Engineer in CA, AZ and NY. Peter holds an electrical engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Romania, and an MBA from California State University.

Mark Mills, Co-founding Partner, Digital Power Capital
Mark Mills is a founding partner of Digital Power Capital, an affiliate of Wexford Capital LLC. Mark also serves as Chairman of the Board of ICx Technologies (Nasdaq: ICXT). Previously, Mr. Mills was a technology advisor for Banc of America Securities, and a co-author of the tech investment newsletter, the Huber-Mills Digital Power Report, published by Forbes, and the Gilder Group. He is co-author of the book The Bottomless Well (Basic Books 2005, paperback 2006). Earlier he founded and ran an energy technology consulting firm and served as a staff consultant to President Reagan's White House Science Office. He holds a degree in physics from Queen's University, Canada.
